Individual relationship preparation course
This is for an individual who struggle to choose a good partner for themselves. I recommend 6 session. We will look at your relationships from childhood, previous relationships, your personality, your future desires and many more to prepare you to go into your next relationship consciously.

Couples course
This is for the couple that want to stay together. I recommend 8 sessions. We will look at your relationship as it is now. You will learn how to build safe communication, how to repair after disagreements. We look at hopes and desires for the future relationship.
£75 per session
Pre-marital and marital counselling course
This is for the couple that have just married or have set the date for the wedding. I recommend from 8 sessions. We will look at your relationship, build safe communication with kindness, looking at all aspects of life, careers, finances, family, chores, future hopes and many more to make sure you are starting married life with a great foundation and tools for the future.
